1 Mile Run/Walk

Start Time: 9:00 am

Race Location: The race begins and finishes at Maple School
(2370 Shermer Road, Northbrook IL)

Inaugural Year: 2001

General: The 1 mile course is an out and back with a turn around at Sherman Drive and Greenview Road finishing on the east side of Maple School.

Terrain: Mostly flat course. Running on cement streets.

Post Race: After finishing, participants may collect refreshments (food and recovery beverages will be provided at the finish line). Race Expo and entertainment will be provided followed by our awards ceremony.

Awards: The top three overall winners in male and female divisions will be based on chip time and will receive a gift certificate, courtesy of Road Runner Sports, as well as a medal from The Lew Blond Race.
